Thinking In Color
Sherwin-Williams needed to reposition themselves as color-innovators amongst the architectural community. So we invited influential architects and trade media to an exclusive event, the first brand activation of its kind, Thinking In Color. An immersive experience using wearable technology that translates brainwave activity into colors – in real time. Made with my friends at Wunderman Thompson.

The brand experience made its debut at the American Institute of Architects conference in New York City.

Custom-developed generative software, along with EEG headsets, translated four different channels of brainwave data into color values.

The color values of the brainwave data were then immediately displayed as a growing vertical timeline.

Each participant generated a custom color swatch based on their most frequent colors displayed.
